The four software variants are:

9300 Servo inverter
9300 position controller
9300 cam profiler
9300 register controller

All four variants have the same user interface. Each technology function can then be set easily and quickly, as below.


9300 servo inverter 

The most frequently used functions of a servo drive are realised in this servo inverter. The electronic gearbox is a major technology function in this device. As an alternative to a mechanical line shaft, several drives can be operated in precise synchronisation per master frequency setting here. Adjustable ratio factors permit easy, rapid realisation of relative synchronisation. Feedback systems such as resolvers or SinCos encoders ensure highest precision.


9300 position controller 

Simple, easy positioning. A complete position controller with process/sequence control system is included in the 9300 servo position controller. Simple commissioning with only a few input values as here is the state-of-the-art answer superseding the old external positioning control means using awkward programming languages. Reactions from limit stops or other drives can be evaluated at the same time in this unit. If the initial position of the product is subject to major tolerance/s, the target position will be found reliably by the autonomous material correction incorporated in the unit.


9300 cam profiler 

Up to 8 different cams can be stored in the 9300 servo cam profiler so that switching between them during production is seamless. A range of additional functions has been integrated to cater for the many uses of servo cam profilers such as e.g. an electronic camshaft controller and marking-controlled cam start. A function realising constant welding times at variable clock frequencies has also been incorporated to cater specially for the opening and closing of welding terminals.


9300 register controller 

Webs are processed in many machines. Duplicates, cuts, perforations and prints or adhesion points must be precisely positioned on the web in relation to a printed picture or impression on it. Deviations due to process engineering technology (material characteristics, manufacturing parameters) may cause the position of that impression to move. The need for a superimposed register-controlled alignment of rotary movement at the impression is an additional requirement to the basic one of electric control. The register controller already incorporated in this servo inverter aligns the shaft angle of feed rollers, pressure cylinders and cutting rollers or other processing means constantly with the impression required. Duplicates, cuts, perforations, prints, adhesion points, etc. are thus always precisely positioned where they are meant to be. Drift is now a thing of the past - and without superimposed control system/s or gearbox!
